The Vanguard Group, Inc. has made public its interest in Spirent Communications plc with a stake exceeding the 1% threshold required for disclosure under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. According to the form submitted on October 6, 2025, Vanguard holds 31,421,667 ordinary shares, representing 5.33% of Spirent's ordinary stock. The disclosure follows dealings carried out by Vanguard on October 3, 2025.

Apart from a sale of 5,014 ordinary shares at 1.98 GBP per share, no other buying or selling activities were disclosed. Additionally, Vanguard reported no cash or stock-settled derivative transactions.
