Vanguard Group Discloses Position in Assura plc

The Vanguard Group, Inc. has released a disclosure under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code regarding its stake in Assura plc. As of May 27, 2025, Vanguard holds an interest in 184,644,362 shares, amounting to 5.68% of Assura's ordinary 10p shares.

In a related transaction, Vanguard sold 97,538 shares at 0.49 GBP per unit. No cash-settled or stock-settled derivatives positions were declared for this disclosure. Furthermore, Vanguard reported no dealings in options or any other derivatives related to Assura’s securities.
