Vanguard Group Discloses Position in Smith (DS) plc
The Vanguard Group, Inc. has issued a disclosure under Rule 8.3 of the UK Takeover Code concerning its position in Smith (DS) plc. As of January 24, 2025, Vanguard held positions amounting to 68,533,504 shares, representing a 4.96% stake in the company.
