THX Pharma Releases Financial Results for H1 2026
THX Pharma, based in Lyon, France, reported its financial performance for the first half of 2026. The company, previously known as Theranexus, is focused on rare neurological diseases with two main projects: Batten-1 and TX01. Supported by strategic partnerships, it achieved practical revenues for the first time, nearing a break-even point. As of June 30, 2026, cash reserves stood at €17.5 million, aiding future developments.
The financial report highlights a net loss of €100,000, significantly improved from last year's €1.072 million loss. Revenue surged to €3.239 million due mainly to a licensing agreement with Biocodex. Increased operating expenses, especially for the Batten-1 Phase 3 trial, were offset by a recharge to Biocodex.
Personnel costs rose, partly due to variable compensation, with staff numbers increasing from 10 to 12. Tax credits contributed €524,000 to finances. The company filed its half-year report with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), reflecting its strengthened foothold as it navigates future developments.
