THX Pharma Reveals 2026 Financial Schedule

THX Pharma, known as Theranexus, has unveiled its financial communication calendar for 2026. Based in Lyon, the company will release its publications following the Euronext market closing times. These dates, though set, may change if needed.

The planned announcements begin with the cash position as at December 31, 2025, due on February 19, 2026. The annual results and cash position as at March 31, 2026, will be published on April 28, 2026. The Shareholders' General Meeting is slated for June 23, 2026, at 10 am. Cash status for mid-year will be delivered on July 9, 2026, followed by half-year results on September 29, 2026. Finally, the cash position as at September 30, 2026, will be disclosed on October 22, 2026.
