The Board of Directors of TIC Holding Schweiz AG has appointed Alessandro Capone as CEO, effective immediately. This Swiss group specializes in accredited testing, inspection, and certification services. Established in 2024, it operates under Winterberg Advisory GmbH, with Yana Partners involved as an anchor investor. Currently, TIC Holding owning three mid-sized laboratories.
Capone, co-founder of Metron Measurement SA, brings two decades of experience in this sector. His leadership coincides with the company's expansion and recent CHF 35 million equity raise to support growth. Capone aims to introduce innovative approaches like digitalization and strengthen partnerships within the Swiss industrial community.
TIC Holding is actively pursuing acquisition opportunities and plans to complete additional transactions by year-end.
