TIC Holding Schweiz acquires HSE Conseils

TIC Holding Schweiz AG, supported by Winterberg Investment, has acquired HSE Conseils SA. The acquisition solidifies TIC Holding's position in Switzerland's construction safety and environmental services sectors. Headquartered in Laténa, Neuchâtel, HSE operates across six additional sites, providing services in pollutant diagnosis, environmental management, and occupational safety. The acquisition keeps former owner Marc Dutoit as CEO, reinforcing the company’s operational continuity. Dutoit cites TIC Holding's entrepreneurial approach as a key factor in the sale.

HSE Conseils has been active for nearly two decades in the Swiss market, offering accredited analyses and safety consultancy services. The acquisition is poised to enhance synergies within TIC Holding’s portfolio, broadening coverage in construction materials and safety sectors. Ralph Nowak from TIC Holding notes the strategic expansion aligns with the group's ongoing digital integration initiatives. Winterberg Advisory, managing the acquisition, continues its efforts to expand in the accredited testing services field in Switzerland.
