TIN INN Expands with Sixth Hotel and New Building Permits

TIN INN Holding AG has announced the opening of its sixth hotel in Meckenheim, North Rhine-Westphalia. This expansion aligns with the company's strategy to target medium-sized cities with stable demand and low competition. The innovative approach of using recycled shipping containers for hotel construction allows TIN INN to surpass traditional methods in terms of time, costs, and resource utilization.

In July 2025, the company obtained three new building permits, boosting its pipeline to 35 planned locations in Germany and Austria. The operational model emphasizes fully digitized guest processes and a lean structure while supporting local economies by not offering in-house catering services.

According to CEO Nico Sauerland, the Meckenheim launch underscores the scalable and profitable nature of TIN INN’s business model, setting a strong foundation for sustainable growth and investor value.
