TINC Invests in Sustainable Water Management Company Azulatis
TINC, the infrastructure investor listed on Euronext Brussels, has completed its investment in Azulatis, a leader in industrial water management in Flanders. The deal, announced in spring 2024, hinged on the approval of the Belgian Competition Authority, which has now been granted. TINC acquires a 49% stake alongside De Watergroep, investing approximately €11 million.
Azulatis, originating from a spin-off of De Watergroep, specializes in Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) for over 50 clients in diverse sectors. The TINC investment strengthens Azulatis' financial capability, facilitating expansion and technological innovation.
The investment is expected to boost Azulatis' role in transitioning to a climate-proof water system across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. TINC's involvement aims at sustainable advancement in water management, a sector facing rapid changes due to global challenges.
