Tinka Announces Resignation of Director

Tinka Resources Limited has announced the resignation of Pieter Britz from its board of directors, effective immediately. Britz, who was nominated by Sentient Resources, joined Tinka in January 2018. He has decided to focus on his commitments with Sentient funds and related investments.

The announcement comes ahead of the company's annual general meeting on March 26, 2025. Britz was previously a nominee for election to the board at this meeting. The board and management expressed gratitude for his contributions and wished him success in future endeavors.

Tinka remains focused on its flagship Ayawilca zinc-silver-tin project in central Peru. The project holds significant mineral resources and continues to be a key asset for the company.
