Total Telcom Inc. Secures Strategic Licensing Agreement

Total Telcom Inc., trading under TSX Venture symbol TTZ, announced a significant licensing agreement through its subsidiary, ROM Communications Inc. The deal involves selling the intellectual property of two proprietary heater controllers to a private company for $100,000. Additionally, ROM will earn a $35 royalty for each controller manufactured over the next 15 years.

The purchasing company has a robust presence in various heater markets, leveraging existing customer relationships and established distribution networks. The controllers target industries such as trucking, forestry, construction, service vehicles, school buses, and multiple vessel types. ROM will continue providing technical expertise to support product performance across these sectors.

Company CEO Neil Magrath highlighted the benefits of the partnership, allowing ROM to focus on innovation and gain revenue from royalties without incurring manufacturing or marketing costs. This strategy aligns with ROM's growth objectives. The company plans to pursue similar partnership opportunities based on this model's success.
