Status of TotalEnergies voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2025

TotalEnergies SE has published figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of August 31, 2025. The total number of shares is 2,281,206,254, also corresponding to the total number of theoretical voting rights.

The voting rights that can be exercised, however, amount to 2,181,861,804. This difference is explained by the deduction of the 99,344,450 shares that TotalEnergies holds in its own right. These shares are deprived of voting rights according to Article 223-11 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
