TotalEnergies declares its purchases of its own shares
Paris, April 14, 2026 - TotalEnergies SE announced the details of its own share transactions for the period from April 7 to 10, 2026. The company carried out these transactions under the authorization of the General Meeting of May 23, 2025, in accordance with the regulations on share buybacks.
During this period, TotalEnergies purchased a total of 582,183 shares. The weighted average purchase price per day varied, settling at EUR 79.75, EUR 75.24, EUR 78.14, and EUR 77.97 respectively over the four days. The total transaction value reached EUR 45,265,728.06.
These transactions were carried out on the XPAR market using a specific identification code. TotalEnergies continues to pursue its stock trading strategy in accordance with its objectives and existing authorizations.
