TotalEnergies: Details on Voting Rights and Capital as of November 30, 2025
TotalEnergies SE has published the total number of its voting rights and shares constituting its share capital as of November 30, 2025. The number of shares comprising the capital amounts to 2,206,585,543. This same figure also represents the theoretical number of voting rights according to Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, including shares deprived of voting rights.
On the other hand, the number of exercisable voting rights, after deducting the 53,113,751 treasury shares, is 2,153,471,792. This difference highlights the impact of treasury shares on the total number of exercisable voting rights.
