TotalEnergies: Summary of Transactions on Own Shares
Paris, May 12, 2025 - TotalEnergies SE recently announced its share transactions, carried out between May 5 and 9, 2025. These transactions are part of the authorizations of the General Meeting of May 24, 2024, in accordance with the regulations on share buybacks.
During this period, a total of 3,135,530 shares were acquired for a total amount of EUR 159,997,665.51. The weighted average share price was EUR 51.027311 per share. Transactions were carried out on various markets, including XPAR, CEUX, AQEU and TQEX.
These purchases are part of TotalEnergies' capital management strategy, reflecting a commitment to optimizing shareholder value.
