Touchstone Exploration Inc. Raises $10.9 Million in Initial Fundraise
Touchstone Exploration Inc. has raised US$10.9 million in its initial fundraising efforts. This sum was generated from the Issue Price of 7 pence per New Common Share. A significant portion, approximately US$10.3 million, has been subscribed by Purebond Limited, the company's largest shareholder.
Canaccord Genuity Limited and Cavendish Capital Markets Limited led the placement as advisers and bookrunners. Shares are set to begin trading on AIM and the TSX around June 10, 2026. The WRAP Offer remains open, and further details will be announced upon its closure.
The recently issued LIFE Offering Shares will be immediately tradable in Canada. Touchstone operates in Trinidad and Tobago, with shares trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and London's AIM. The company continues to develop its petroleum and natural gas exploration holdings.
