Touchstone Exploration Updates Total Voting Rights
Calgary-based Touchstone Exploration Inc. announced changes to its share capital on July 10, 2025. The company has cancelled 50,363,415 common shares initially issued for a private placement settlement. As a result, Touchstone's issued share capital now consists of 261,097,246 common shares. The company holds no shares in treasury.
This revised share count determines shareholders' obligations to notify changes in their interests. Touchstone, active in petroleum and natural gas in Trinidad and Tobago, lists its shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange under "TXP".
