A new lease for Sopra Steria with the Société de la Tour Eiffel in Lyon

Société de la Tour Eiffel has signed a lease with Sopra Steria for the entire EvasYon office building in Lyon, encompassing 5,238 m² of office space and 560 m² of terraces and balconies. This transaction illustrates a strategic move for Sopra Steria, which is relocating its offices to a more central location, reflecting its commitment to a modern and sustainable work environment.

EvasYon, an urban renewal project, is an innovative mixed-use development integrating offices, co-living spaces, and student housing. This project highlights the sustainable transformation of the site, which has gone from being dilapidated to achieving a high level of environmental certification, such as BREEAM and HQE.

Located near Lyon Part-Dieu station, access to various public transport and its facilities, such as private terraces and collaborative services, aim to offer a fulfilling environment for employees.
