Eiffel Tower Company: Results of the General Meeting of April 29, 2026
The Annual General Meeting of Société de la Tour Eiffel, chaired by Bruno Cavagné on April 29, 2026, saw the approval of all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors. A notable point was the continued suspension of the dividend for 2025, in line with the objectives of preserving financial resources.
Regarding governance, the mandates of Imperio Assurances, Christine Sonnier, Marie Wiedmer Brouder and Philippe Desurmont have been renewed for three years, until 2029. Furthermore, the company is awaiting approval from the AMF regarding a Public Delisting Offer initiated by the SMABTP Group.
