Société de la Tour Eiffel has communicated information relating to its share capital and voting rights as of March 31, 2025. As of this date, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 132,890,512. With regard to voting rights, the theoretical number also corresponds to 132,890,512, while the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 132,875,199. These figures are published in accordance with the requirements of Article L233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
