TRACTIAL: Conversion of €900k into Convertible Bonds
TRACTIAL, a regulated fintech company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces the conversion of €900,000 of convertible bonds into shares. This transaction, completed in two tranches in 2024 and 2025, involved two separate investors. It will strengthen the company's equity capital to anticipate growth in business volume and the scaling up planned by the company.
The conversion involves €300,000 of bonds issued in 2024 and €600,000 in 2025, notably facilitating the acquisition of Bitcoin. These newly issued shares increase TRACTIAL's share capital and will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
The transaction results in a slight dilution of share capital for shareholders, but strengthens the group's financial structure. The adjustments take into account increasing regulatory requirements and prepare TRACTIAL for future partnerships and tenders.
