Trade Nation to Acquire FXCM's UK Client Book
Trade Nation, a specialist in spread betting and CFDs regulated by the FCA, will acquire the UK client book of Stratos Markets Limited, trading as FXCM in the UK. The transition is set for completion in late November 2026. This acquisition will integrate a seasoned community of FXCM traders into Trade Nation's offerings and bolster its UK market position.
The acquisition plan prioritizes client protection and seamless service continuity. Trade Nation aims to provide the incoming FXCM clients with competitive pricing, user-friendly platforms, and strong customer support. CEO Jon Noble regards it as a key development in Trade Nation's strategic growth.
