Trans Canada Gold Announces 2025 AGM Voting Results
Trans Canada Gold Corp. has disclosed the results of its 2025 Annual General Meeting held on December 19. A total of 22,659,848 common shares, representing 44.18% of the shares, were cast in favor of all director nominees.
The shareholders have re-appointed Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP as the Company's auditors. In addition, the shareholders approved the company's new 2025 Equity Incentive Plan.
This Plan allows for the issuance of various stock options and share units and will replace the previous 10% rolling stock option plan. It features a "rolling" cap that adjusts as the organization's share capital changes.
