Travis Perkins Releases Tender Offer Indicative Results
Travis Perkins plc has announced the indicative results of its tender offer for its outstanding £250,000,000 3.750% Guaranteed Notes due 2026. The offer, announced on April 2, 2025, saw £214,920,000 of Notes validly tendered by the expiration deadline of April 9, 2025.
The company expects to set the Final Acceptance Amount at £125,000,000 and apply a pro rata Scaling Factor of 57.5513% to the Notes tendered. The final pricing will occur around 10:30 a.m. on April 10, 2025. The expected settlement date is April 11, 2025.
BNP Paribas and Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc are the Dealer Managers, and Kroll Issuer Services Limited is acting as the Tender Agent. Robin Miller, General Counsel & Company Secretary of Travis Perkins, released the announcement.
