Trifecta Gold Announces Private Placements for Exploration Funding

Trifecta Gold Ltd., a Canadian-based precious metals exploration company, has announced its plans for Private Placements. The placements will involve the sale of up to 4,000,000 flow-through shares at $0.20 each and up to 3,000,000 common shares at $0.17 each. The involvement of insiders in these placements is allowed under the exemptions of Multilateral Instrument 61-101, which bypasses the need for formal valuation and minority approval.

These plans are contingent upon necessary regulatory approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds will support exploration activities and enhance working capital. Located within the renowned Tombstone Gold Belt, the company's projects aim to capitalize on the over 20 million ounces of gold discovered in the region since May 2020.
