Transactions in Trigano's own shares

Trigano SA has published a statement of transactions in its own shares carried out between May 11 and 17, 2026. The purchases were made on several European markets. The total volume of shares traded amounted to 24,324 shares, with an average daily purchase price of EUR 158.96.

On May 11, Trigano acquired shares on the AQEU, CEUX, TQEX, and XPAR markets, with prices fluctuating slightly around €157.78. Trading continued on these same markets in the following days, with prices rising slightly, reaching a high of €161.82 on May 14. The acquisition peaked at a volume of 2,041 shares on May 12 on the CEUX market.
