Troy Minerals Completes Successful LIFE Offering

Troy Minerals Inc. announced the completion of its fully subscribed LIFE Offering, raising gross proceeds of $1,500,000. A total of 15,000,000 units were issued at $0.10 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant for half of a common share. The full warrant allows the purchase of an additional common share at $0.15, valid for two years.

The offering incurred finder's fees amounting to $43,062. Units were issued under Canada's National Instrument 45-106, granting exemption from prospectus requirements. Securities sold to Canadian residents face no resale restrictions, except warrants and shares from warrants, which have a four-month hold.
