TRU Precious Metals Grants Twilite Gold Project Option to Copperhead Resources
TRU Precious Metals Corp., a Toronto-based company, announced an option agreement with Copperhead Resources Inc. Under this agreement, Copperhead has the exclusive option to acquire a 100% interest in TRU's Twilite Gold Project, consisting of 65 claims in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt.
To exercise this option, Copperhead must make several commitments: pay TRU $25,000 immediately, incur $75,000 in exploration expenditures by August 2027, and issue a combination of cash and shares totaling $500,000 by the same date. This includes granting TRU a 2% net smelter returns royalty from any future mineral production at Twilite.
TRU's CEO, Steve Nicol, stated that the agreement allows TRU to advance its flagship Golden Rose Project while strengthening its financial position.
