TTL AG's 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting Results
On December 9, 2025, TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz AG, based in Munich, held a virtual extraordinary General Meeting. During the meeting, shareholders were informed about the significant loss of half the share capital, with 73.42% of the voting share capital represented. All agenda items received large majority approval from the shareholders.
The meeting led to the election of KHS Audit und Valuation GmbH as the auditor for the 2025 financial year. New Authorized Capital 2025 was created, and an amendment was made to Section 10 (1) of the Articles of Association, concerning the number of Supervisory Board members.
Additionally, the 2024 financial statements were presented to shareholders but remain unaudited due to unresolved issues with the executive bodies. Relevant documents are accessible on TTL's website.
