Turkiye Garanti Bankasi Completes Debt Redemption

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the redemption of a debt instrument issued abroad under its Medium Term Note (MTN) program. The instrument, issued on April 29, 2024, was valued at USD 12,407,000 and has now been fully redeemed as of May 6, 2026.

This move marks the bank's adherence to its financial obligations and operational transparency, as outlined in their public disclosure. The Turkish version of the disclosure will prevail in case of any discrepancies with the English version.
