Turkiye Garanti Bankasi Sells Non-Performing Loan Portfolio

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the sale of its non-performing loan portfolio. The sale includes receivables from various loans and credit facilities. As of August 4, 2025, a portfolio with a principal of TL 797.48 million was sold to Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. for TL 127 million. Another portfolio, with similar principal, was sold on August 5, 2025, for TL 124 million. The total consideration for both transactions amounts to TL 251 million.
