U-blox Reports Third Quarter 2025 Financial Update

u-blox AG, a leader in positioning and communication technologies, has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company, following its divestment from the Cellular business, focuses on Locate and Short-range operations. This shift is reflected in their financial outcomes for 2025, with adjusted figures for 2024 for comparison.

The company reported revenue of CHF 186.5 million for the first nine months of 2025, marking a 19% increase from the previous year. At constant exchange rates, this growth reached 23%. Third-quarter revenue aligned closely with the second quarter, showing a 4% increase in constant currency terms.

Despite an EBIT loss of CHF -11.4 million for the first nine months, this is a significant improvement from the CHF -31.4 million loss in the same period last year. Adjusted EBIT showed a positive trend, reaching CHF 6.0 million compared to a loss of CHF -25.7 million in 2024.

Looking ahead, u-blox expects revenue between CHF 60 and 70 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, with an adjusted EBIT margin ranging from 0% to 10%
