Barclays' threshold crossing in Ubisoft

On March 25, 2026, Ubisoft Entertainment received notification of the threshold crossing from Barclays Plc. On March 19, Barclays crossed below the 5% ownership threshold in Ubisoft. The company now holds 6,625,311 shares, representing 4.92% of the share capital and 4.44% of the voting rights.

The decline resulted from an off-market sale of shares. Barclays indirectly controls these shares through its subsidiaries, Barclays Bank Plc and Barclays Capital Securities Limited. In addition, it holds assets under CFD contracts and a swap contract in its portfolio.

These assets include 937,483 shares in CFD contracts and 5,081,527 shares under swap contracts, exercisable between June 2026 and November 2027. This development is in accordance with the legal framework of the commercial code.
