BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold of voting rights at Ubisoft Entertainment
On October 3, 2025, BlackRock Inc., an asset management company, crossed the threshold of 5% of Ubisoft Entertainment's voting rights. This declaration was received by Ubisoft on October 6. BlackRock now holds 7,260,015 shares, representing 5.48% of Ubisoft's capital and 4.95% of the voting rights.
This change is primarily due to the off-market sale of Ubisoft shares and the reduction of shares held as collateral. The transactions include ADRs (contracts for differences) and securities lending. However, clients continue to retain control over certain voting rights.
