BlackRock reduces its stake in Ubisoft Entertainment
On February 5, 2026, Ubisoft Entertainment announced that BlackRock Inc., the American asset management giant, had reduced its stake in the company. In a letter received on that date, BlackRock confirmed that it had crossed below the 5% threshold of Ubisoft's share capital on February 3, 2026, now holding 4.88% of the share capital and 4.41% of the voting rights.
This change stems from the off-market sale of Ubisoft shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock now holds a total of 6,578,734 Ubisoft shares. These holdings include various financial instruments such as ADRs and contracts for difference.
