JP Morgan reduces its stake in Ubisoft Entertainment
On September 15, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed below the 10% threshold of voting rights in Ubisoft Entertainment, now holding 9.34% of the company's voting rights. This change resulted from the sale of shares off-market and a reduction in shares held by incorporation. The shares are primarily held by JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc.
One day later, on September 16, JP Morgan further reduced its stake, falling below the 10% threshold of Ubisoft's capital to 9.67%. This change was due to share sales on the market and a decrease in shares held through fungibility.
