JP Morgan's Threshold Crossing in Ubisoft

On August 18, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the 5% voting rights threshold in Ubisoft Entertainment. This crossing, which occurred on August 14, 2025, concerns 7,496,522 shares, representing 5.65% of the share capital and 5.11% of the voting rights. These shares are held by JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc.

This breakthrough is the result of over-the-counter acquisitions. JP Morgan Securities plc holds call and put options, as well as equity swap agreements. In addition, there are convertible bonds, potentially giving access to Ubisoft shares, thus strengthening JP Morgan's position in the company.
