Ubisoft Entertainment: Voting Rights and Shares as of March 31, 2025

Ubisoft Entertainment has released its monthly information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of March 31, 2025. The company, listed in compartment A of the Euronext Paris stock exchange, stated that its share capital consists of 130,803,074 shares.

For the same period, the total theoretical voting rights amounted to 143,604,858, a figure identical to the voting rights exercisable at the General Meeting. Theoretical voting rights also include shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, but exclude shares without voting rights.
