UNIQA to Redeem €200 Million Subordinated Notes Early
UNIQA Insurance Group AG has announced its decision to redeem its €200 million subordinated fixed to floating rate notes ahead of schedule. These notes, identified by ISIN XS2199567970, were issued on 9 July 2020 and will be redeemed in full on 9 July 2025. This decision comes following approval from the Austrian Financial Market Authority.
The early redemption will include the total outstanding principal of €200 million plus accrued interest.
