United Terra Enterprises PLC has successfully listed a USD 150 million bond on Nasdaq Dubai, marking its debut listing on the exchange. This bond is also listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, enhancing its accessibility to global investors.
The bond, set to mature on 10 September 2030, yields an interest rate of 11.5% per annum, payable semi-annually. United Terra's CEO, Peter Krempin, highlighted this as a significant milestone, elevating the company's visibility across two major financial markets.
Supporting this development, Nasdaq Dubai CEO Hamed Ali noted the listing as indicative of the ongoing interest from international issuers. This listing adds to Nasdaq Dubai's outstanding debt securities, which now total over USD 146.9 billion.
