United Terra Enterprises PLC Announces General Meeting Outcomes
United Terra Enterprises PLC has reported the results of its General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The key outcome was the approval of a capital increase through the issuance of 20,992,820 new Name Shares. This raises the company's share capital to CHF18,995,935.08, divided into 158,299,459 shares. The newly issued shares will facilitate a share exchange with Eurybia AG, giving United Terra a 93.8% stake in Eurybia.
Hans-Peter Vogt, Chairman of United Terra, stated that the completion of this capital increase positions the company to finalize the share exchange. An additional capital increase to acquire the remaining Eurybia shares was also approved and is expected to occur soon.
