United Terra Enterprises PLC Announces Senior Notes Book Run

United Terra Enterprises PLC has announced a book run for senior notes worth up to USD 150 million. The offer is expected to be completed on September 3, 2025, with the notes due by 2030. The interest rate is anticipated at 11.5%. This offering is exempt from U.S. registration requirements. The proceeds will be used to repay existing debts and support business advancements in conventional oil and renewable energy sectors in Europe.

The issuance will occur outside the United States, targeting non-U.S. persons and qualifying investors only. The notes have not been registered under U.S. or other jurisdictional securities laws. They remain unrated and may not be listed on any exchange. Abalone Capital Ltd and Countryserv International Inc. act as co-dealers and lead managers.
