United Terra Enterprises PLC Lists USD 150 Million Senior Notes

United Terra Enterprises PLC ("UTP") has announced the successful listing of USD 150 million senior notes on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The notes, due on September 10, 2030, carry an annual interest rate of 11.5%, paid semi-annually. These notes are traded electronically through the Deutsche Börse, The Depository Trust Company, Euroclear, and Clearstream Banking.

Issued outside the U.S., the notes are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act and cannot be offered in the EEA unless exemptions apply. Abalone Capital Ltd and Countryserv International Inc. acted as lead managers for the issuance. The notes have an ISIN of USH8969NAA12.

No regulatory body has approved or disapproved the notes, nor have they been rated by any agency, as noted in UTP’s announcement.
