UraniumX Discovery Corp. Acquires Shares in Gold'n Futures Mineral Corp
UraniumX Discovery Corp., headquartered in Vancouver, has announced the acquisition of 580,000 common shares in Gold'n Futures Mineral Corp. These shares, held on the Canadian Securities Exchange under 'FUTR', were obtained as part of a property option agreement. This agreement grants Gold'n Futures the option to fully acquire the NeoCore property in Saskatchewan.
The shares were valued at $0.27 each, totaling $156,600, but no cash was exchanged. Before the acquisition, UraniumX did not hold any shares in Gold'n Futures, but now controls approximately 19.70% of the 2,943,838 outstanding shares.
The acquired shares are subject to a statutory hold period under Canadian securities regulations. This acquisition aligns with UraniumX's investment strategy, with potential future changes in shareholding based on varying conditions.
