UV GERMI: Conclusion of the public share buyback offer
UV GERMI recently closed its public share buyback offer. Launched on February 9, 2026, the operation concluded on March 2, 2026. The company offered to repurchase 800,000 shares at a price of €3.30 per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to €2,640,000.
The number of shares tendered by shareholders reached 1,166,580, exceeding the limit set by UV GERMI. A proportional reduction mechanism was therefore applied. The excess shares will be returned to their holders.
The delivery of the repurchased shares is scheduled for March 6, 2026. These shares will be cancelled on March 9, 2026, reducing the share capital to €364,183.65, consisting of 2,427,891 shares.
