UV GERMI: Results of the Public Share Buyback Offer

UV GERMI has completed its public share buyback offer (OPRA) for its own shares. The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) published the results on March 3, 2026. The offer was open from February 9 to March 2, 2026, allowing the repurchase of 800,000 shares at €3.30 each.

Despite demand for 1,166,580 shares, UV GERMI will only repurchase 800,000, for a total of €2,640,000. Demands exceeding this number were reduced proportionally in accordance with Article R.225-155.

The settlement of this transaction is scheduled for March 6, 2026, and the repurchased shares will be cancelled on March 9, 2026. Post-cancellation, the share capital will be €364,183.65, representing 2,427,891 shares.
