Half-yearly report on the Valbiotis liquidity contract
On January 8, 2025, Valbiotis, a French laboratory specializing in food supplements for the prevention of metabolic diseases, published its half-yearly report on the liquidity contract managed by Portzamparc. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account displayed 27,432 Valbiotis shares and 33,082.84 euros. By comparison, as of June 30, 2024, the account had 31,296 shares and 25,655.71 euros.
During the second half of 2024, 92,289 shares were purchased for EUR 124,166.94, while 96,153 shares were sold for EUR 131,594.07 and spread over 504 and 492 transactions respectively. This report highlights the significant changes in the volumes of transactions in shares and capital over this period.
