Valbiotis: Results of the General Meeting of April 18, 2025
On April 18, 2025, Valbiotis held its Combined General Meeting in La Rochelle. Chaired by Sébastien Peltier, co-founder and Chairman of the Executive Board, this meeting saw the adoption of the majority of the proposed resolutions. However, resolutions 9 to 12 were not adopted.
