VALBIOTIS SA: Information on shares and voting rights

Valbiotis, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has published data on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of September 30, 2025. According to the press release, the share capital consists of 23,698,234 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 24,402,952, of which 24,361,599 are exercisable after taking into account treasury shares.

The press release also reiterates the rules relating to threshold crossings, as set out in Article 10.5 of the company's articles of association. Any crossing of legal thresholds, from 5% to 30%, on the Company's capital requires notification to Valbiotis. In the event of non-compliance, sanctions are provided, such as the suspension of voting rights for the shares concerned.
