VALBIOTIS SA: Monthly update on voting rights and capital

Valbiotis, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of January 31, 2026, the total number of shares was 23,698,234, with 24,410,515 theoretical voting rights and 24,372,776 exercisable voting rights.

In accordance with Article 10.5 of its bylaws, any crossing of thresholds, specifically 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 30% of the share capital, must be notified to the company. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in the suspension of voting rights for the shares concerned for a period of two years, if requested by one or more shareholders.
